Our experienced events team are skilled at creating custom-built studio spaces suitable for hosting your hybrid event from within our building; with staging, furniture, and backdrop to meet your specifications. Alternatively, we bring the studio to you and set up in your offices or venue. We can send camera crews out to pre-record keynote speakers or deliver self-recording studio-in-a-box set-ups to speakers’ homes.
TECHNICAL PRODUCTION
Choose whether you’d like to publicly appear for anyone to see or privately with an invite-only link sent to specific people. We’ll stream you live on your choice of platform, including popular sites such as YouTube and Vimeo, or a bespoke webpage with a custom web address created for your event. Stream your whole event live, pre-recorded, or a mixture of the two – it’s simply up to you.
Seamlessly transition to a slide presentation or recorded VT during your virtual conference, and engage with your audience through real-time chat and questionnaires. We can produce branded animations for use as idents during your presentation and provide real-time subtitles in your choice of language.
Multiple presenters can appear together on screen from remote locations with integration for widely used services like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and more. Our completely separate ‘back of house’ green room allows speakers, producers, and show callers to communicate before they go live easily.
We can supply on-demand viewer statistics during the event, as well as post-event data analysis reports.
